It was weird, people started asking Matty to do acoustic shows like he was Bruce Springsteen and he would oblige because he loved Springsteen and he loved free beer. Max was our schizophrenic friend who wrote amazingly beautiful songs. I think this record was purely the idea of Aaron Probe.
